Not a job I would like to take on every week. However Steve and I thoroughly enjoyed it because of the complete transformation.

We carried over 2 tons of turf and waste out of the house and then a further ton of hardcore back in, and then a ton of sand, followed by the flags and artificial grass. Without damaging anything I may add.
