I really do feel this is the best “Wirral Artifical Grass” job to date.
What a truly amazing job!
This was all achieved for less than £2500!
I will now take you through the process of this difficult job installed by Wirral Artificial Grass part of Artificial Grass UK:
i. Clear all unwanted trees, shrubs and plants.
ii. Remove what is left of the lawn using our turf cutter.
iii. Level the land and baton out the borders with tanalised wood.
iv. Bring in 4 tonnes of hardcore and rake level.
v. Compact hardcore with vibrating plate then bring in 2 tonnes of eco – sand feather out imperfections and level to almost perfect surface.
vi. Install weed membrane across surface and staple to wooden batons(with industrial stapler), tort.
vii. Roll out “Wirral Artificial Grass” Play range, stretch and position on batons.
viii. Cut grass in, as you would a carpet, so it aligns on the batons and the 2 pieces of artificial grass are perfectly flush together.
ix. Glue the middle section of the joint and knit in by hand.
x. Staple the artificial grass to the batons, using the industrial stapler.
xi. Let the glue cure for 24 hours and then brush up with our electric power brush.
